Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know about the Cleo. Find answers to the most common questions below.
What is Cleo?
Cleo is an AI-powered COO for digital agencies and product teams. It connects to your stack — Linear, GitHub, Notion, Slack, Gmail, Telegram, Calendar — and runs operations in the background: tracks projects, links PRs to tasks, catches stale work, and answers questions about your team's real state instead of guesswork.
Which tools does Cleo integrate with?
Today: Linear, GitHub, Notion, Slack, Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Meet, Zoom, Telegram. All integrations are read/write where it makes sense — Cleo doesn't just show data, it can create tasks, draft replies, and auto-link commits to tickets. Jira, Asana and ClickUp are on the roadmap — the adapter architecture makes adding them straightforward.
Does Cleo see my code or sensitive data?
Only what you explicitly connect, and only with read-level access by default. For GitHub: repos you pick, we parse structure and README, run through PII-redaction before any LLM sees it, and never request write access without a confirmation workflow. Credentials are stored encrypted. We never train models on your data.
How is this different from a chatbot on top of my tools?
Cleo is proactive, not reactive. It runs agents on a schedule (Morning Digest, Weekly Report, Scope Creep, Reality Check), actively watches for mismatches — "task marked done, PR still open", "PR sitting in review 3 days" — and surfaces them before they bite. A chatbot answers when asked; Cleo tells you what you missed.
How much will this cost?
ree during beta. Paid plans start at $29/user/month for small teams, with usage-based AI credits bundled in. Enterprise and agency plans with custom integrations and SSO are priced on request. No setup fees, cancel anytime.
